We offer a 7-day evaluation period after subscription activation. During this time, you can create up to 5 music compositions to assess our service. To request a refund, submit feedback to [email protected] including your registered email. Our team evaluates requests within 3 working days, and approved refunds are processed via your original payment method. Service credits may be offered as an alternative solution for technical issues.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Upgrades: You can upgrade your plan at any time with immediate access to new features. You'll be charged a prorated amount for the upgrade.
Downgrades: Direct downgrades are not available. To switch to a lower plan, you must cancel your current subscription and wait for it to expire, then subscribe to the desired plan. This policy ensures you receive full value from your current subscription period.
What's the difference between AI models V4 and V5?

Can I use AI-generated music commercially?

Paid Plans (Basic, Standard, Pro): Full commercial usage rights included. You can use AI-generated music in YouTube videos, podcasts, advertisements, streaming platforms, background music for businesses, and any commercial projects without additional licensing fees or copyright concerns.
What happens if I exceed my monthly generation limits?

Once you reach your monthly generation limit, you have two options:
1. Wait for Reset: Limits reset automatically at the start of your next billing cycle.
2. Upgrade Plan: Instantly upgrade to a higher tier for immediate access to more generations with prorated billing.

How does billing work and can I cancel anytime?

Billing: Monthly plans bill every 30 days, yearly plans bill annually with 50% savings. All billing is automatic and secure.
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, then automatically switches to the free plan. No hidden fees or cancellation charges.
What audio quality and formats do you provide?

All plans provide high-quality MP3 files - studio-ready quality suitable for professional use, streaming platforms, and commercial applications. Songs are professionally mastered with optimal loudness and dynamic range. Track duration varies by AI model: V4 (up to 4 minutes), V4.5+ (up to 8 minutes).
